ร้านอยู่ตรงผัดไทยบ้านยิ้ม ตรงข้ามธนาคารกรุงไทย ข้างๆออยโอ๊ด ทางจะไปขนมจีนสันปาข่อย หรือถ้าตรงมากจากติ๋มสุกี้คือเลี้ยวซ้ายจะไม่มีที่จอด ต้องหาที่จอดดีๆ ฝั่งตรงข้าม

เมนูที่ทำให้อยากไปอีกคือ คานาเล่ เลยแหละ ฮ่า อร่อยดีย์

รสชาติถือว่าดีงาม ได้ลองชาเขียวลาเต้ อร่อยเลยแหละ ราคาโอเค กาแฟที่นี้มีแต่ตัวจี๊ด จี๊ดทั้งรสชาติและราคา

ลาเต้เริ่มต้นแก้วละ 100 บาท เมล็ดเบสทางร้านที่ใช้คือ blend ดอยช้าง ขุนช้างเขี่ยน และห้วยชมพู ถือว่า ยูนีคมากๆ ถ้าเป็นเมนูอเมริกาโน่ หรือ อเมริกาโน่น้ำมะพร้าว หรือ อเมริกาโน่น้ำส้ม น่าจะสดชื่นดีมาาก แต่ไม่ได้ลอง

ตัวที่ลองคือ monochorme ซึ่งเป็นเมนู recommended ราคา 140 บาท ลาเต้ ผสม ชาโคล ท๊อปวนิลาไซรัป รสชาติกลมกล่อมดี ดื่มง่าย ขมและหอมกาแฟที่ปลายลิ้น รู้สึกเหมือนโดนชาโคลกลบความเด่นของกาแฟหน่อยๆ แต่ถือว่าดีย์อยู่

เกรด specialty ที่นี้ เริ่ม 200 บาท++ จึงคิดว่า เริ่มต้น แก้วละ 100 แล้ว specialty ราคานี้ น่าจะสร้างความประทับใจในรสชาติได้มากกว่านี้ แต่ก็ถือว่ารับได้

มุมถ่ายรูปมากมาย เหมาะแก่การมาเก็บภาพ สวยๆ ชิคๆ มีการปล่อยให้แสงธรรมชาติส่องเข้ามาได้ดี แสงสวยมากที่โซ่ด้านหลัง มุมถ่ายรูปมีทั้งด้านล่างและด้านบน

ที่ให้ 4 ดาว เพราะ เก้าอี้และโต๊ะจะนั่งลำบากสำหรับคนมีอายุเลข 3 ขึ้นไปสักเล็กน้อย ที่นั่งร้านจะเน้น แนววัยรุ่น โต๊ะระดับนั่งทำงานได้มี 1 ที่ และโต๊ะใหญ่เลย ไม่มีwifi และรูชาตแบต หายาก วันไปนั่งโซนด้านหลังร้านไม่เปิดแอร์ 😅 ด้านบนก็ไม่เปิดเช่นเดียวกัน

โดยส่วนตัวมองว่าราคาแรงไปสำหรับรสชาติและความประทับใจที่ได้ เหมือนถูกออกแบบมาให้ สั่งกาแฟ นั้งกินแปปๆ แล้วกลับบ้าน ไม่ค่อยมีความชิวในการนั่งนานๆ relax อาจจะเพราะร้อนด้วย 555 หากถามว่า อยากกลับไปซ้ำไหม จะตอบอยากสักเล็กน้อย

ส่วนตัวคิดว่า หากต้องการรูปถ่ายดีๆเป็นความทรงจำ ออกเดทกับแฟน หรือ ตามเทรนกับเพื่อนๆ นี้เหมาะมากๆ ได้ความทรงจำและเรื่องเล่าดีๆ แต่หากจะดื่มด่ำกับรสกาแฟ หรือ นั่งชิว อ่านหนังสือ หรือทำงาน อาจจะไม่สบายนัก

เหนือสิ่งอื่นใด คานาเล่ อร่อยต้องลองจริงๆ ชอบเลย อร่อย อันนี้คือตัวที่ทำให้ร้านได้ 4 ดาวเลย

Pricey but unique and delicious coffee.

Perfect air conditioned escape from the outside heat and hidden away from street view behind a wall creating a lovely secret hideaway.

Recommend: Sompetch and Overland (did not disappoint and left us wanting more. Our absolute favourite was the Sompetch).

DON’T Recommend: Greenland and Woodland (they’re nice but not worth the price and are really just desserts in drink form and you can get much better desserts and drinks like this elsewhere for a fraction of the cost).

If I’m not mistaken there are 4 locations around Chiang Mai (we went to 3 locations) so check what is closest to you and you may want to try other locations if one has run out of the...

Found this place on Google just from the good ratings & thought it looked pretty cool so came here for a couple coffees.

Coffees were good & we thought it was a pretty cool space as we had the upstairs area to ourselves for a little while - until multiple groups of people would come in to the space to conduct what seemed like instagram photo shoots… I know this isn’t really the cafe’s fault but it really did impact our experience & maybe it’s just a matter of sitting downstairs.

Afterwards, I had a look at the tagged photos of the cafe on Instagram & it seems to be an “instagrammable” location so just something to be weary of…
