Hei Hei Hot Pot — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

Where to start hmmm the mala is very spicy and it’s very delicious but that’s all about it . The staff very sleepy and not really in the mood to work . The pork meat was a soso as I didn’t expect much cause the buffet price is not that expensive . Then the other negative thing is all the beverages are in the plastic bottles and if you open and close it the cola will taste really bad when I wanted to open a new one the staff was like telling me to use the one wich was allready opend wich was has no gas in it anymore .. also the staff don’t even understand basic English .. I don’t expect them to be fluent but some basics would be ok c mom it’s 2022 and it’s Chiangmai … would I come...

Very good Chinese hot pot place. Its on the 4th floor of the Maya Mall on the side of the food court. Very good prices and a nice selection of meat and veggies. We order the pot half and half (spicy/ non spicy). The spicy one is good for meat since its thin and it cooks quick, the non spicy one is good for veggies since they have to stay in the pot longer. It’s a nice looking restaurant for sure, great location too. The food was ok, nothing to write home about. At about 9:30pm a waitress asked if I speak Chinese I said yes(I thought she needed translation for Chinese customers). Then she got me on the phone with this Chinese lady and asked me to pay because they are getting ready to close. It was an extremely weird feeling.
