This is a must have if you are in Chiangmai next to Khao Soi, Nam Prik Moon, and various night markets around town. The menu only offer two choices: Crispy Pork with Rice in Tamarin Sauce or Beef Tribe Noodle with a couple slices of Crispy Pork. I came here by myself but I want to try both. The most optimal way to do is to get the Noodle Soup and a side of just crispy pork. The noodle soup is extremely flavor, but a bit toward the salty side, which I didn't mind. The beef tripes tasted fresh and tender while the noodles complemented the soup well. The Crispy Pork is excellent as well, very crispy on the outside and not too fatty. Smothered in the sauce, this cannot go wrong. As they are only open for lunch, make sure you get your timing right. These two recipes are tried and tested for generations. Please make your way here if you are in anywhere near CNX.

Local Chinese restaurant with only a few dishes. We took two dishes: 1. The rice dish with crispy pork belly. Simple but tasty dish. The skin was very crispy and it was served with a good soup / broth. Only downside was that some pieces of the pork contained a large amount of fat that was not rendered. 2. The noodle dish with pork belly and intestines. Unfortunately this was too much outside of our comfort zone to enjoy. The soup in combination with the noodles was good. The intestines had a variety of different taste and texture. This dish was not for us. But if you like intestines, then sure go for it! It is also an experience for any traveler to try this food at least once.

Came to this place for Lunch after reading about the positive review however it was a huge letdown . Order the kwap chap soup but the soup was serve not hot at all , also do take note the soup was sort of like a gravy texture too thick and taste cold and it was not the regular soup that I was expecting and pig liver in the soup was way too overcooked and texture was too rubbery . Roast pork was good and crispy but not fantastic wouldn’t come here a second time . Place is also not very clean , floor was oily and I found a baby cockroach on the table near the sauce . Wouldn’t recommended this place . Paid 750baht for a group of 4 pax .
