Service is an essential part of the dining experience. I really don’t understand what the staff at this place have to be so arrogant about.

When I placed my order, I clearly said it was for takeaway. They told us to take a seat while we waited, which I did. But then they brought the food out on a plate, not packed. I reminded them again that it was takeaway, and they took it back to pack it properly.

After waiting for a while, I went to the counter to check on it. Another staff member kept insisting that I go back to my seat. I explained that I was waiting for my takeaway order, and even the staff who was packing it came out to clarify. Still, that person kept telling me—rather rudely—to go sit down. Her tone was unnecessarily unpleasant.

As a customer, I always speak politely and with a smile. The least your staff can do is maintain some basic manners.
