Memorize Brownie — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

Great brownie shots. Got the chocolate and cream shots, and they were excellent. Interested in trying the mint as well.

Only critique is the girl behind the counter. Need to hire someone friendly, not so cold. She never even said hello, when we smiled at her, she stared blankly at us, and when we asked her about the different options, she practically whispered the answers.

Felt like she didn't want us there, and definitely not welcoming or friendly. I'll never understand why businesses hire rude or unwelcome people to work in a position where they interact with customers. Now, we will make sure to go to different Memorize locations, rather than be treated as if it's a hassle to...

Gosh, walked in, place was empty, thinking maybe this was a mistake. Ordered the standard memorize brownie anyway. Was warned the brownie takes ten minutes. By the time the brownie was ready, the place was packed. Then I understood: their brownie is outstanding! Warm, slightly gooey structure, with warmed milk cream... Paired with decent cappuccino. This is truly one of the best I ever had. Well done. If you have a sweet tooth and don't give a damn about calories, macro mix......

Order a crepe cake and an ex-large one to have at home since the shop is too busy.. and the cost is the same. Crepe cake is bad. Tasteless. Don’t order it. The brownie texture and taste are like a heavy chocolate cake. The only draw back is it’s sweetness. The sauce given is to reduce the sharp sweet of the cake. The x-large one is not that expensive. Other than this I think it’s a bit pricy.
