To start, I was very impressed with the food. My wife pointed at her item on the menu, and they made her the incorrect meal. After which they wouldn't change the meal, and the head waitress wearing black raised her voice at my wife. We ended up negotiating for the uwanted meal being 50% off.

I have never been spoken down to by waiting staff in this way. Very disappointed. Nobody apologized, the waitress placed blame on us.

Edit in response: Something was unclear, as my wife doesn't & didn't want crab. If the order was repeated it wasn't clear. When she ordered, she pointed at the item she wanted and said 'fish'. If you incorrectly repeated the order back to us, we unfortunately did not understand. Language barrier may have been a factor, but I was sitting directly beside her and watched her order as we were going to share the fish. I ate the crab the next day, and it was tasty.
