Salad Terrace — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

Salads are fresh and good, as reviewed by others. The rest is below average.l Most dishes are too expensive considering portion size and not so tasty (except the good salads). Pasta sauce cannot be ordered to suit requests (like no sugar) as it is pre-made, not prepared fresh with the order. This is also a no-no. On top of that the service is ok but not quite friendly. Not a single smile or gesture of kindness.

They only accept credit cards from 500 baht and above. Obviously, it is their right to set the policy provided it is clearly posted so that the customer is informed about it ahead of time. A note next the cashier that no one can see before or during the meal cannot substitute for the lack of visible information. They finally took the card following a short discussion, stating as if it were a big sacrifice that it was "one time only".

A disappointing experience on...

This place is an exact copy paste of salad concept but more expensive! The menu design is the same, the atmosphere is the same and the build your own salad is the same. No creativity at all. The food was pretty decent but as you can see it did not match the menu. The menu showed a lot more protien and a lot less salad. I don't normally mind but for a salad that costs almost 250thb I'd like to see more protien. 250thb for a bowl of lettuce with the most anorexic chicken breast I've ever seen in my life (total 40g) is really bad. For the same price at salad concept I got 2 huge chicken breasts and a whole bunch of high protein add-ons. I would not eat here again. Next time I'll go to the original....
