Mo-Mo-Paradise @ Central Rama 9 — Restaurant in Huai Khwang Subdistrict

Would give it a zero if I could. Service from start was good, food was ok. But no one informed us about limited time, and at the end of our meal, staffs came to inform that we had 10 minutes left. It's ok because we just ordered dessert and about to finish.

Then we were met with a guilt trip, rolled eyes,... And a female staff kept coming to our table with a receipt (showing our limited time), then a bill, and finally she came with the POS machine to my face, saying nothing, request me to pay, right when I was having my last spoon of ice cream.

Id understand if we had been over the limited time for too long already, but we were finishing our meal without ordering anything else, not more than 15 minutes since they informed us about the time. Very unprofessional and rude.

We then asked to talk to manager on duty, but when she came, she only listened to our feedback with no sympathy, said "I'm sorry", then left, her attitude is nothing better than the female staff. Maybe that's the reason why she thinks she could treat the customer like that?

As someone who has worked in hospitality area, I understand the boundaries of overstaying at a table- but when a guest has no idea about it, and is still finishing items they paid money for, you leave them alone, or at the very least-...

Variety and Options: compliments on the wide selection of meats, seafood, and vegetables available for the hot pot. the all-you-can-eat concept, allowing customers to try various options and flavors at no limit

Service: Good customer service with staff members being attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Quick service, assistance with cooking techniques, and prompt refills of ingredients are strongly appreciated.

Atmosphere and Ambience:want to mention the restaurant's ambiance, cleanliness, and comfortable seating arrangements. I do appreciate the spaciousness and cleanliness of the dining area. Why I gave 3 stars for the environment is because of the temperature. It’s too hot, please do look into this.

Pricing: The cost of dining at Momo Paradise is really fair. . I find it reasonable, as of the quality of meat. Don’t have to add another 199baht for the wagyu, as the standard is really good enough.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this branch. I found a cockroach in the restaurant, which was both disgusting and unacceptable. When dining in a restaurant inside a shopping mall, I expect basic hygiene and cleanliness standards to be well maintained — clearly, that was not the case here.

Normally, I visit other branches of this restaurant and have never encountered such an issue. However, I was in the area for some errands and decided to try this branch, only to be extremely disappointed.

Although the staff tried to assist by moving me to another table, the damage was already done — it completely ruined my dining experience. I had expected the management or admin team to take more serious action regarding this incident. Instead, all I received was a follow-up offering a mere 10% discount coupon for my next visit. Honestly, this felt like a generic gesture, especially considering that many partners already offer similar discounts with Momo Paradise.

In my opinion, this response lacked sincerity and responsibility. It felt more like a way to brush off the issue rather than genuinely addressing it. I hope the restaurant improves its hygiene standards and takes customer feedback more seriously...
