Swensen's Central Rama 9 — Restaurant in Huai Khwang Subdistrict

Will stop every time passing by Swensen. Couple of times been this place especially during mango seasons. But, today just ordinary promotion. So, we don't order fancy dish 😁. Just apple cranberries and fully strawberry ice-cream. Also, rich mango smoothies. What I would like to say the good thing here is the drinking water. The staff will serve you cold drinking water while waiting your order to arrive. There are limited seats in this Central Rama 9, and you need to wait if there are crowds...

the warmth and smiles welcoming you for my last 15 visits in 3 years were all gone ! Tried to add my membership to the app only to be prompted that as a farang with an overseas phone ,you cannot install ..... what happened to swensen's ?? (i faced this in missing warmth from 2 outlets in 2 days .......!)

วันนี้ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 63 ไม่โอเคมากๆ ทีละอย่างเลย สั่ง order สอบถามว่าลดนั่นเพิ่มนี่ได้มั๊ย พนักงานบอกสอบถามพนักงานคนอื่นก่อน และยื่นรออยู่ตรงนั้น 5 นาที (กลัวอะไร) เรียกและถามเลยก็ได้ รอ order 40 นาที ไปถึงตอน 21:05 ได้ทานตอน 21:45 เข้าใจว่า order เยอะ แต่ก็ชำเลืองมองตลอดว่าทำไมถึงช้าปรากฏว่า พนักงานทำงานกันไม่เป็นเลย เดินไปเดินมางงๆ จับนู้นจับนี้ และที่ไม่โอเคมากๆเลยคือ ทำงานไปคุยกันไปหัวเราะกันไป ใช่เหรอ ลูกค้ารอเยอะมาก หน้าอารมณ์เสียกันหมด กาลเทศะบ้าง ควรรีบทำให้เสร็จและค่อยคุยกัน Order รันมั่วมาก ทำนู้นทำนี่สลับไปมาตลอด เราเข้ามาต้นๆ แต่เราได้ทีหลังโต๊ะอื่น งงมาก หันไปมองไม่เรียกไม่พูดจะให้สังเกตุดูว่า ใส่ใจลูกค้ารึเปล่า ยื่นคุยกัน จนมาถามพนักงานด้วยกันว่า โต๊ะเรารออะไร ระหว่างที่รอ เห็นเวลาเหลือเยอะมาก โต๊ะไม่ไปเก็บ รกเละร้านไปหมด พอถึง order หลังๆ ช้อนซ้อมหมด..... ถึง order เรา สุดท้ายลืมอีกว่าสั่งสอง เซิร์ฟทีเดียว ไม่พอลืมช้อนอีกกก!! เห็นว่าวุ่นวายมากเลยเรียกขอช้อน ผ่านไปอีกเกือบ 5 นาที ลืมอีก!! จนต้องเรียกอีกรอบ ไอติมละลาย เละ.... คือไม่พอใจมากๆ ทำงานเหนื่อยๆมาจะพักก่อนกลับเจอแบบนี้ แล้วคืออะไร เดินไปเดินมา งงๆ ยืน counter รอ order กันซึ่งยืนอยู่แบบนั้นหลายนาที ระหว่างนั้นไปเก็บของเตรียมของก่อนก็ได้ รับ order มองลูกค้าก็ได้ แต่ไม่สนใจ...
