Sai Seafood Restaurant — Restaurant in Kamala

The most horrific service I had experienced in my whole life. Went there and ordered food along with two juices (selected from a fresh juices menu) once it arrived we asked if it was freshly made or from the bottle. Waiter said it was fresh and mimicked the blending movement with her hands. I had my meal and only after I tasted the juice which was as predictable from the bottle. I complained and they said yes it’s from the bottle and that it was my fault I didn’t ask in advance (all restaurants serve fresh fruits everywhere here) anyway I did ask as soon as I saw it and the waiter said it was fresh. I refused to pay one of the two juices (that I didn’t drink) because I felt cheated and scammed. The lady yelled at me accusing me of lying and threatened me to call police. I tried to explain to her my position but she had never stopped yelling and never even let me talk. Some other lady came to take her away and they brought back the bill edited. For me it was the most horrible dining experience especially because of how embarrassing it was to be yelled at and I wouldn’t recommend eating here to anybody which is a shame because...

Worst place we have ever been in Thailand. We ordered an appetizer + 2 main dishes. The only thing that arrived was our drinks and my husband’s dish. The appetizer and my plate never arrived and they kept telling me that my food is coming. My husband already finished his meal and my meal nor the appetizer were served. We visited this restaurant twice during our stay and each time tried something different from the menu. Everything we ordered was incredibly tasty, and we especially appreciated how the flavors seemed to be more suited to our tastes compared to what we’ve had in Bangkok – definitely a bonus for us!
