For example, sauces for Pad Thai or Sweet and Sour sauce were consisting mainly of basic ketchup. They also have a hand washing sink accessible to anyone. I got the yellow noodle chicken soup and it was rich with flavor. You can tell it was pure broth with no MSG in it.
