Friendly and attentive staff, good tasty quality food, I never met the owner but heared he's great guy. If you are picky like me and struggle to find quality food around Phuket, this is one of the places to go... a little off the beaten path with eclectic decor which may not be someones cup of tea but, hey I didn't go there to eat the chairs... I went for the steak (wagyu)... tastes like wagyu... nice and tender, sauces that come with it were good and baked potato and salad(and dressing) were fresh and flavoursome. I also had a bit of my mom's chicken parma as she couldn't eat her whole meal, both chicken and chips/fries were great along with my wifes lobster soup.

Before I went there I read some reviews where someone complained about a "fatty" or "greasy" wagyu burger... I never had a burger there, but guys, if you don't know what wagyu is, don't order it. In very simple terms Wagyu is rather fatty beef that the fatty-er it is the more expensive/valued it is in a sense and more flavoursome as all the flavour comes from its' fat.

Also worth mentioning I think is the fact that, the meat is good quality Australian beef, and even though its traveled half or quarter way around the world it is fresh and flavoursome. So if you have any reservations on price and quality either go to the country where you had better or go for Thai street food... this...

We had the pleasure of dining at Eat Bar & Grill during our recent trip to Karon Beach, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and seated in a cozy yet stylish setting that perfectly complements the laid-back vibe of Karon Beach.

We ordered the pepper steak, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The steak was perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and packed with rich, flavorful seasoning. The pepper sauce was the perfect balance of spice and creaminess, complementing the meat beautifully. Every bite was a delight, and it was clear that only the finest ingredients were used.

To accompany our meal, we enjoyed a fantastic glass of red wine, which paired beautifully with the steak. The wine selection at Eat Bar & Grill is impressive, and the staff were knowledgeable in recommending the perfect match for our dish. It was a truly elevated dining experience.

The atmosphere was relaxed yet refined, with great attention to detail in both service and presentation. The team here is friendly, professional, and made sure our dining experience was flawless from start to finish.

Honestly what can I say about this place. We had the most amazing 4 visits to this place whilst out in Thailand for my best friend's wedding for 2 weeks. It was recommended from them as they visited the other restaurant same owner 7 years ago and well there choice really didn't disappoint. We had the chateaubriand 4 times with the cheese sauce 😋, my partner had the peppered steak cooked to perfection 4 times. (We don't even go out to steak places in the UK as he has it over cooked most don't like to do it however these didn't grumble and cooked to perfection every single time) we tried the lamb shank as a side and carbonara all delicious. The cocktails are the best I've EVER had. I loved the strawberry dacari, the strawberry ice cream cocktail and the choclate mint one, the pornstar martini was amazing to. Honestly can't fault it. The price, the staff were so very welcoming and lovely each time and the owner took his time to come and have a chat with us and made sure all was ok which was lovely.

Only thing I can say is I'm shocked it wasn't rammed as this place is the place to go in thailand if visiting close by its worth the trip. Just wish you had a restaurant by me I'd be a top customer 🤣
