Café Hill Coffee & Bistro — Restaurant in Karon

This was difficult to review, and I can’t put my finger on it. The coffee was outstanding, the meal was average. I think it’s more of a coffee and cake kind of place, although I might be wrong. Prices are a little high.

The service was fast and attentive, but not friendly (at least we didn’t feel like they were friendly). They did no wrong, and they did bring me complimentary water which I appreciated, but to deserve higher stars, I would like to feel a little more welcomed. Something was off…maybe a bad day. Worth visiting and making your own...

We visited this place in the afternoon around 3pm. We were amazed by their unique cozy architecture with soothing jungle views behind.

We asked for 2 drinks and 2 home made cakes All were perfectly served.

Owner was very pleased guy and we impressed by his great hospitality attitude.

We spent our afternoon session chilling out there almost 2 hours.

Somebody rated this cafe 3/5. Really? It is one of the best little places in Thailand. The coffee is outstanding, the menu is limited but the food is excellent. The place is owned and run by people who are enthusiastic, helpful and friendly and who know coffee and how to serve it.
