★★★★★ A Slice of Paradise with Unmatched Hospitality
Let’s be real—Phuket has no shortage of "nice views," but Hidden Café is something else. Perched in a quiet corner, this place gives you the kind of scenery that makes you pause your conversation mid-sentence. Lush, wild greenery spills over every railing, palm leaves rustle overhead, and between the gaps in the foliage, you catch glimpses of the sea sparkling under the sun. It’s not just a backdrop; it feels like you’re sitting inside a postcard.
But what stuck with us even more than the view? The people. The staff here don’t just serve you—they welcome you. The moment we walked in, tired from chasing our toddler around Phuket, they greeted us like old friends. One of the servers saw our son getting fussy and immediately brought over a little toy to keep him happy. Another remembered our names after one order and kept checking in to make sure we were comfortable. It wasn’t polished, robotic service—it was genuine warmth, the kind that makes you feel like you’re their guest, not just another customer.
The magic combo? That jaw-dropping, sea-and-jungle view plus a team that treats you like family. We came for the scenery, but we’ll come back for the people. If you need a spot to actually unwind (not just take a photo and leave), this is it.

We ordered the Pad Thai and green mango spicy salad hoping for an authentic taste. Sadly, even as Thai locals, we couldn’t recognize the flavor as anything close to real Thai cuisine. It lacked the depth, balance, and character that a proper Pad Thai should have.
While the sea view is undeniably beautiful and easily the best part of the visit, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff were inattentive and not particularly welcoming. What bothered us the most, however, was when one of the staff approached us and encouraged us to leave a 5-star review in exchange for a small handheld fan. This felt inappropriate and unprofessional — we believe that customer feedback should reflect their genuine experience, not be influenced by small gifts or incentives.
Overall, this is not a place we would return to or recommend. If you’re visiting solely for the view, it might be worth a quick stop — but don’t expect much from the...

The main interior is made in natural colors and materials. But the atmosphere is spoiled by bright artificial pink details. Artificial flowers, pink bean bag chairs, and pink umbrellas stand out from the general concept. I's not the place where your eyes can rest. Also, they stick dirty artificial flowers to glasses with drinks. And it seems that glasses are made from plastic.
The staff is very nice and friendly. They are always ready to take photos for you.
In a menu, there is no choice of healthy light food. Everything with a lot of oil and carbs. The desserts are delicious. The chocolate cake was great. Fresh and fluffy.
The breakfast scramble looked ugly. It didn't look like the menu at all. They would bring a mountain of cheap, unhealthy bread. The beans were very few and looked like someone had chewed them up and spat them out. The broccoli was very few and it was all covered in oil. There was a sausage on the menu, but...
