Visited on a weekday around 3pm. Place was empty. No wait. Ordered plain bagel w/ sun dried tomato cream cheese to go total ฿100. Prepped this at home for breakfast the next day. The bagel was decent. Tasted more bread-like and lacked chewy density. Their homemade cream cheese tasted like light or fat free it also lacked cream cheese aroma. Sun dried tomatoes also lacked aroma. They basically took sun dried tomatoes and chopped them and then placed it right on top of the container of the cream cheese. It wasn’t even mixed 😐 If you’re looking for a quick fix this place is ok. Staff was very friendly. Totes to that.

Was waiting patiently for the "prepared" food. The delivery guy showed up with a cold untoasted bagel. Cream cheese in a box. The bagel wasn't even cut. Literally this "preparation" is putting 2 items in a bag and pass it to the delivery guy. Very embarrassing for a place called themselves a bagel place if they can't prepare a nice bagel.

I love this place! The food is great and the ladies working here work hard and work non-stop! I eat here at leaast 3-4 times a week for breakfast or lunch and regularly get a breakfast sandwich. They make it according to my special requests and always hand it over with a smile. Cookies are also good and I've eaten more than I should.
