Another salon messed up my hair colour, haircut and highlights so I booked at Aki-endo to get it fixed based on seeing the good reviews on google. Safe to say the reviews are good for a reason. The salon was easy to find and a 15 minute walk from the closest station. Aya who did my hair was really sweet and considered every element of what I wanted done and even gave me tips on how to style my naturally wavy hair. She even gave me a better haircut that took the weight off of my thick hair and styled it perfectly as well!

I also did my personal colour analysis with Dai and it was sooooo nice. I've been wanting to do it for such a long time but the prices at other places were always a thousand baht up and would be booked out for months (it was only 500 baht here). They were able to do a colour analysis on me although I didn't book for it and gave great tips on clothes and Makeup style. With knowing what colours suited me, my hair colour turned out incredibly pretty and certainly made my skin colour and eyes shine so much more.

They also accommodate for foreigners and you also get a free drink from their menu so based on my experience, I would definitely recommend people to go to...

Found this salon from Google and since I like the area of Phrom Phong, just give it a try. I choose Fahsai, senior stylist instead of main stylist as I just want to color and do not plan to change my hairstyle for now. It was such a great experience. As I feel that my top hair is too flat and boring, Fahsai recommended to go for root perm to make the top hair more voluminous so I did coloring (with trim), root perm, and treatment. They might introduce on hair treatment but not pushy and give an unpleasant look for rejection (Treatment price list is from up to THB1000 which I feel is still reasonable). Besides, they also have a so called personal color theory to find what's your color tone (eg. cool or warm tone) with a cost of THB500. Location is around 15 mins walk from phrom Phong bts (same exit to emporium). Not forget to mention that all the stylist Assistants are so bubbly and attentive (forgot to asked for their names), good job everyone. Will see...

I did not feel the initiative and enthusiastic to suggest the best for the customer, It is more like choosing and solving it all by yourself.

When a customer's reference is not possible, the ability to be able to recommend to the customer should show at this stage not just let the client's solve it out.

From asking whether the client's wanted to do this or that, it is more professional to confidently say that if you do this, it will look more suitable to the overall and then the client can decide by your suggestion. That is what the stylist should do and it is my expectation when going to any salons.

Being said, the result is not what I really prefer, but it was ok.
