For all future guest, take 5 minute to read my review before you regret staying there. Allowed me to share my bad bad experience with one of a staff named Kevin (rude and arrogant), booked a vehicle for BHT2500, petrol, tolls and parking fees not included. Was promised a driver who can understand English (at least a little bit) but we were in for a shock, he can hardly understand simple request or instructions. Going for a breakfast, he took us on a merry go round for almost 1 hr 30 mins before we decided for McDonalds. Almost 2 hours wasted, our next stop was to visit 3 temples starting with Wat Pho, Grand Palace and Wat Arun. Driver dropped us at Wat Pho and told us that Grand Palace is just beside Wat Pho. Told us to be at the drop off point after 1 to 2 hours. We are a group of 4 senior citizens (me included) and a 13 year girl, was duped because when the driver says very nearby, little did we know that it is more than a kilometer walk under the scorching sun. Unfortunately, upon reaching (walked all the way) the Grand Palace, it was closed for the late King's funeral preparation. Since we are paying for the PETROL and logically, why should we walk back to the dropped off point, we decided to whatapps/call the driver to pick us up at Grand Palace. He did not want to come as the excuse was heavy traffic, and the real nightmare is KEVIN, (we had to give in and walk back more than a kilometer to the dropped off point), called and asked me "how are you feeling", being straightforward and honest, I told him "we do not feel good" (who would when we have to walk back more than a kilometer under the scorching sun), he got arrogant and told me that the entire fault lies in ME and not HIM, he forgets that being in a service sector how can he be so rude and arrogant. Next is the "best thing ever" he suggested, "We do not wish to continue providing the transport facility to you as we do not want to have bad review", he then suggested that he would gladly drop us off wherever we want and we have to find our own transport thereafter. Yes, he tried to make himself good by saying, WE WILL NOT CHARGED YOU, who does he think we are, BEGGARS or ADVANTAGE TAKERS, I have traveled to Bangkok 5 times and never ever taken advantage of anyone (I have always paid more than the agreed price of all taxis I have taken willingly), I paid him BHT1000 though we only utilized his transport for less than 4 hours. This is the worse experience I ever had in Bangkok.
Be informed to all future guest to this serviced Apartment, you will be very stressed out having to led even taxi drivers to this place as it is in a very secluded area and most taxi drivers could not find it easily, we had to look out for landmarks around the area to lead taxi drivers there and the number of sighing and cursing we get from certain taxi drivers is beyond your...

Microwave and fridge in good condition. Shower and bathtub working fine, but quite old. Last but not least, the beds are comfortable! We enjoyed our stay, however would not choose this...
