Masala Art is a hidden gem in the city. It's a small, family-owned restaurant that serves up some of the best Indian food I've ever had. The menu is extensive, with something for everyone. I've tried a few different dishes, and they've all been delicious. The lamb vindaloo is my favorite, but the chicken tikka masala is also great. The naan is perfectly cooked, and the chutneys are flavorful.
The service at Masala Art is excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they're always happy to make recommendations. Govin, the manager, is a wealth of knowledge about Indian cuisine. He's always happy to chat about the food and answer any questions you have.
Masala Art is a great place to go for a casual meal with friends or family. It's also a great option for a romantic dinner. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the food is sure to impress. I highly recommend checking it out!

Read moreWent here because of good rating on Tripadvisor. The restaurant is located in a small shopping mall a little bit outside from the city center. If you take the BTS you have to consider an additional walk of around 10 minutes. Food was very delicious and service was really good, nothing to complain about. Prices are high but fair. We only rate 4/5 because they charged us for two bottles of water which we did not order (and one of them was still closed when we asked for the bill) and because the prices in the menu are stated without taxes (we never experienced this in other restaurants during our three weeks visit to Thailand). Recommendation to the manager: Include taxes in the prices stated in the menu because this is what the guest is concerned about. All others expect 17% to be added so far. In summary we would go there again and recommend this restaurant if you are searching for good Indian...
Read moreMy wife and I had a late lunch at Masala Art. She ordered the fish goan curry and I ordered the murg patiala (a northern India chicken dish), with both plain basmati and saffron rice. We thoroughly enjoyed them. The curry sauce in the murg patiala was richly spiced, with a velvety creaminess. There was a nice balance between the aromatic spices and the heat of the red chili. While I didn’t try the fish curry, my wife really liked it, and she usually finds something to criticize at most Indian restaurants we visit, so it must have been quite good!
Try their desserts! We had the gulab jamun and it was great. I wanted to try the rasmalai as well, but was just too full.
The staff were wonderful, and we had a very nice chat with Robin. He’s a real people-person, and it’s obvious he cares about...
