I donât even know how to start with this. It is one of the worst service experiences especially in a nice-looking place (I guess I was wrong trusting these reviews before coming to this place).
First, I have made the reservation for my special person through the phone and received the information that I was able to drink alcohol so I reserved for 9 people. The next day we all checked in and came with the alcohol and they refused to serve due to the restriction. The reservation lady should be more clear about talking to the guests before letting them reserve and buy all the alcohol. I am not impressed with all these tricky words up-selling the place and trying to compromise it afterwards. I could have canceled and walked away but I was kind enough to sit down as I only saw it was only us in the restaurant.
Second, the service and food. I did NOT enjoy all the food. The Cacio E Pepe was awful. The pecorino was cheap and I barely taste the pepper. The Pollo was dry and hard to bite. I stopped and ate only the salad, cheese, and cold cuts (I mean you can not really screw that up). Meanwhile the service, there was one staff who kept yelling at us while she was serving all the food and mentioned the word " Pay attention, I'm talking" that was way out of the line. I am not sure what she has been through in her life but she should not be doing any hospitality job if she is not happy with it or at least the manager and owner are supposed to teach her all that. There was also another staff who kept asking us "If we are finished with the plates and ready to take them away while we are still eating" I understand we were the only guests in there but by kept asking us every 5 minutes we all had the pressure that you were rushing us to finish and leave.
Last, we were not impressed with everything in there and wanted to leave. We asked for the check and the staff was stamping the car park ticket for us. When we were about to leave the building, the system was an error and charging us money. We had to call and ask them to come down. They said, they will refund it back to my friendâs car which it has been awhile and we still havenât got it back. It seems not much, but it seems not fair to us for paying that either.
I am not writing this review out of anger but more like of disappointment to ruin my special person birthday and I do not want other people to experience the same as me

The hotel manager, Ton, reached out to me via hotel room phone and convinced me to give it a second try. I was extremely hesitant; however, he was understanding, apologetic, and receptive to feedback so I agreed. So, we went back before leaving for the airport and everything was absolutely lovely. We had a reservation and got seated immediately. Lily, the restaurant manager, checked in on us during dinner to see if things were to our liking and also welcomed feedback for restaurant improvement. The service was top notch. For food, I got the âSalmoneâ and the pan sear on the salmon filet was perfectly crisp, while the salmon itself was moist, hot, and flaky. I would definitely recommend this dish. My friend got the âFritto Mistoâ seafood platter and it came out nice and hot, crispy, and flavorful. It was good to try the different seafood items in one dish. We also got to try the âPolpo Arrostoâ and even though I didnât think Iâd like it, I ended up eating most of this dish! It comes served on a bed on truffle mashed potatoes that are the perfect combo, and the texture of the octopus had just the right about of chew and flavor.    Read more(update) After I complained about the food, the hotel offered to let me try their dish again. This time it was definitely a better experience. I took my assistant there. We enjoyed our meal. I had the scallop and she had the sausage salad. I still think they need to improve their seafood department. The scallops can be more tender and not over cooked. The salad leaves need to be more fresh. The overall experience was improved, serving us welcome drinks. Everything was beautifully presented. I will be back to try the seafood risotto to see if it is good. Will report back. ââ (First time) Look at just how tiny the clams are. They have barely any meat in them. This is the seafood ink risotto. Where exactly is the seafood? It is my first time going to the restaurant, being my first day in Bangkok and staying at the Muu hotel. The risotto also is way too salty. You could have replaced the clams with shrimps if you didnât have good clams. Why bother to serve low quality food?
I was very hungry because I just got to the hotel and was hoping for a good meal. I ate it because I didnât want to wait yet another 30 min to get the food. This was disappointing.
The environment is nice and quiet. The servers were friendly. Otherwise, it would have been a one star.
