My absolutely favorite local Ramen place. Took my Japanese guests here and they really enjoyed it. I usually go to the branch in Thaniya and Surawongse or the one near Villa Sukhumvit. First time coming to this branch. I really prefer this one perhaps because it isn't as hectic as the others.
For those wondering Ramentei is an authentic Ramen shop owned locally (don't know who but I do know it isn't a Japanese franchise). Used to be very few Thais knew of this place and the main customers are Japanese expats.
They have an extensive Ramen menu from hot to cold and stir fried. They also offer some rice menus as well. My favorite and go-to dish is the miso-ramen and tan-ten. This tome I chose the spicy one(forgot its name) which really was nice, not too spicy.

Service is prompt and is consistently good. Patrons are served with ice/hot tea that is refilled automatically. Good amount of condiments. Spicy sauce goes well with noodles.

Read moreA classic place for the neighborhood. They serve Japanese style Chinese dishes, give hearty portions, and maintains good service. Lots of great choices and has a variety of ramen. Although there are better options for ramen I consider it to be good for what they offer. Recently, I ordered the tonkotsu ramen with extra roast pork. Their roast pork is very delicious (tender and savory) but the tonkotsu broth was too salty for my taste. I recommend trying a variety of dishes here....
