From the moment I walked into Ryuzu Omakase, I knew I was in for a special treat. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a touch of elegance that set the stage for a remarkable dining experience. The omakase menu showcased the chef’s creativity and mastery of flavors, and each course was a delightful surprise. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish reflected the freshest ingredients, beautifully presented and expertly crafted. Highlights included the melt-in-your-mouth sushi, vibrant sashimi, and inventive small plates that perfectly balanced textures and tastes. The chef's attention to detail was evident in every bite, and the unique flavor combinations elevated each course to a new level. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff was not only friendly and attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They took the time to explain each course in detail, sharing the inspiration behind the dishes and the sourcing of the ingredients. This personal touch made the dining experience feel special and intimate. Throughout the meal, the server ensured that glasses were never empty and that we were well taken care of without being intrusive. Their passion for food and hospitality was palpable and added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. In conclusion, if you’re looking for an omakase experience that combines exquisite food with top-notch service, look no further than Ryuzu Omakase. It is a culinary journey that I would highly recommend, and one that I can’t...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ryuzu in Bangkok, and I can confidently say it was one of the best omakase experiences I've ever had. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect backdrop for a culinary adventure.

The omakase menu was a beautifully curated journey through seasonal ingredients, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity. Each dish was presented with meticulous attention to detail, and the flavors were nothing short of exquisite. Highlights included the melt-in-your-mouth sashimi, perfectly grilled fish, and a delightful miso soup that warmed the soul.

What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they were serving. They took the time to explain each dish, enhancing our appreciation of the culinary art unfolding before us.

To add a special touch to our visit, the team surprised us with a lovely birthday cake. It was not only beautifully decorated but also delicious, making the celebration even more memorable. This thoughtful gesture exemplified the kind of personalized service that sets Ryuzu apart.

Overall, I highly recommend Ryuzu for anyone looking to indulge in an unforgettable omakase experience in Bangkok. Whether you're a sushi aficionado or a casual diner, the combination of exquisite food and outstanding service will leave you wanting more. Can't...

I live in Singapore but visit Bangkok often for business. My friend recommends me to try this newly opened Omakase in Thonglor. The chef used to be trained in Japan and very good quality ingredient. “Worth the money, he said”

There were 10-12 seat facing the chef. The sushi rice here is rather unique as they are slightly brown in color and warm. The chef shared that they used aged vinegar which I found it made the rice smoother with umami flavour but not competing with the fresh fish flavour. One outstanding dish for me was the Ankimo (monk fish) liver hidden under a secret sauce jelly. Its rich creaminess made I forget the taste of a good foie gras.

I think the key factor here why the food taste so good is because of the chef. He observed how slow/fast I and time his cooking to make sure I experienced the food and the right temperature!!!

I have to say that it is not cheap comparing to most food you can find in Bangkok. However, it is considered very good deal for the same quality of Omakase...
