I honestly think you need to seriously train your staff better in terms of customer service. I had a bad experience from your staff on Monday 16th Jan, at 4-5pm. I overheard a conversation between your staffs (there were 2 female staffs at the time) gossiping a customer before me about asking questions related to coffee. This is a must stop coffee shop if you enjoy serious coffee white a bright white environment surrounded by glass windows. 3 different roasts to choose from. The Colombian medium roast was excellent. Two baristas take their jobs pretty serious. Coffee is a bit pricey. But, I suspect the price is fair considering the rent is very high here.
