Ringer Hut - Phrom Phong — Restaurant in Khlong Tan Subdistrict

We walked by this restaurant and decided to go inside. The first thing we noticed is that there are many Japanese customers inside. This is hopefully a good sign since it’s a Japanese ramen and Japanese fried pork restaurant.

We ordered Miso Ramen. They came with a peace of pork, Japanese eggs, bamboo and a piece of butter inside. The taste was good.

The second dish we ordered was fried pork in egg on rice. It was also tasty.

I give this place 4 stars because the taste was good but not outstanding. During my eating journey in Bangkok my benchmark for taste increased so much that it is hard for me to give 5 stars. However, price and taste combined, this place deserves a solid 4...

Phrom Phong branch of Authentic brand from Nagasaki (長崎). The brand is becoming one of my favorite daily meal options. Their menu are greatly improved (I think there must be some rebranding before), offering presentable homely Ramen (or "Champon" in their style) , rice meal set and other wide option of Japanese food with reasonable price. It was a bit of inconvenient experience with serving. The waiter understood well english, i asked of i can get some lemon for my drink. Order chicken and gyosa, funny is that the dish came with lemon. I only received the chicken, after finishing and waiting a long time for the gyosa I remind them, they forgot to prepare it and said I need to wait 20 minutes more.
