Anan's kitchen Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Khlong Tan Subdistrict

Anan”s Kitchen is one of my favorite restaurants in Bangkok. I try to eat here on every visit. Authentic Thai dishes from a wide ranging and diverse menu. In particular lots of great seafood options. The restaurant is located on a busy Bangkok street so there’s lots of passing people & traffic to keep you entertained when you’re not being mind blown by the incredible flavors and spices of clean and fresh street food inspired cuisine. Service here is exceptional - friendly and attentive staff provide efficient and consistent support even when every table is full. Prices are very reasonable too. I really like this wonderful restaurant - I can’t express sufficiently just how highly I recommend Anan’s Kitchen for a true Bangkok Thai...

MY PERSONAL verdict:

Food good and also service fast and efficient! And lots of different choices of foods. But it will NOT be my standard resto in BKK out of these reasons.

Very unusual, they add a 7% VAT surcharge on their - anyhow not really cheap - prices. I never saw this attitude in any of these typical Thai restaurants. And I am a lot here...

Location: One must really like to eat including heavy exhaust fumes with his food. The resto is on a really heavy "trafficed" crossing with traffic jams all d time :-o One must really like it... Not mine !!

Beer only big bottles ! Nothing for a single person who only wants a small beer from time to time...

I actually found this restaurant by accident while walking around the area, it’s located right next to a pretty busy street, so it was a bit noisy with the sound of cars passing by.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated!

I went with the stir-fry garlic pork. The dish came out quickly, and it smelled amazing, but the portion was smaller than I expected. The flavor was okay, leaned too salty for my liking, especially after a few bites.
