I visited last night with a friend and we were both very impressed with Carito's. Located on the 3rd floor, their menu offers a variety of South American dishes--all tempting to order, it's tough to limit yourself! We had a few starters (a cheese bread that reminded me of a soft, chewy Cheez-It roll, sea bream on watermelon, and cuttlefish tostadas), and a couple of shared dishes (a sous vide chicken dish and a beef tortellini dish with a sauce that was so good we also used it on a corn side dish). Can’t get enough of the pan de queso (cheese bread) — I would go back just for that! Flavours were bold, exciting and beautifully presented. I loved the tiger prawn ceviche, steak tartare and hamachi dish. Everything else we had was also delicious. Overall great value!

The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making great recommendations that increased the experience.
