Ippudo brings a taste of Fukuoka-style ramen to the world, offering a flavorful and comforting noodle experience 🍜😋. The restaurant is known for its rich and creamy tonkotsu broth, made with pork bones simmered for hours to extract maximum flavor 🐖🍲. You can expect perfectly cooked noodles, tender chashu pork, and a variety of toppings to customize your bowl, creating a truly satisfying meal 🍥🌿. The atmosphere is often lively and energetic, reflecting the popularity of this global ramen chain 🥳🥢.
The menu at Ippudo features a range of ramen options, from the classic Shiromaru Classic to the spicy Karaka-Men and the rich Akamaru Modern 🌶️🍜. Each bowl is carefully crafted with quality ingredients and attention to detail, ensuring a consistent and delicious experience 👨🍳✨. The staff is typically friendly and attentive, providing prompt service and helpful recommendations 😊👍. However, let's be honest, sometimes the wait for a table can be longer than it takes to slurp down a bowl of ramen, especially during peak hours ⏳😅. Good ambience and lighting, with some oldies playing softly in the background. Attentive, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Except they mistakenly put some order on our bill that we didn't even order. Food usually takes a while to come out. The green tea isn't that good.
The ramen, on the other hand, cost between 180 (small bowls) and 350 THB (regular bowls with extra servings of toppings). Just FYI, the regular bowls alone (230-270 THB) are very filling. Add 7% government tax and 10% service charge on top.
Ramen quality is quite good, and I would definitely come again to get my ramen fix in the future.

The matcha ice cream came in with a cup of watery sweetened red beans. Nothing special. 3...
Read moreBeen there for many times for quick and tasty meal and never be disappointed. Today we ordered "Zero special" and "Kasane special". The Zero one was served with light and simple pork broth on top with pork loin, sesame and spring onions. With zero name, basically you get the light broth but still creamy enough to enjoy the sweetness from pork bone. While the Kasane was served with mixed of chicken and fish broth on top with torched pork belly and fried onion. The thickness and sweetness (or it's called collagen) from chicken broth balanced by fish broth was yummy. Also you would got the smoky smell of fried onion before you swallow it. Tamago (soft-boiled egg) wascooked well.. so that we could mix its creamy yoke with the broth on the spoon before finishing it 😋😋😋 Yummy !!! Last but not least, well-trained and caring staff are ready to serve you from...
