Another Hound Cafe - Emporium — Restaurant in Khlong Tan Subdistrict

The kitchen is fast and excellent and the service tries hard, even if little trained. In the extensive menu, many dishes are marked as sold out. After a long search we order something. The waiter comes back and says - that's sold out too. We find something else, but we don't really like it and, while we're eating, an employee comes and says "may I bring you the bill now?". We just look at her in amazement and after a few minutes she comes and slams us the bill on the table while we are eating. At 8:32 p.m. Meanwhile, the waiters have already started cleaning up and covering everything. Such impudence as here has not happened to me in 11 years in Thailand. The employees are apparently completely demotivated and disinterested. I will certainly never set foot in a restaurant from this chain again and I can only recommend to the readers to keep...

There are variety of food choice. Also its taste. I ordered calm soup: it is good balance of taste pork chop with cherry sauce: this dish is technically fried pork chop serve with stir fried bacon+dried chilli which this combination turned out a very greesy taste. The cherry sauce taste is very weak I do noy recommended this dish grilled kurobota with stir fried sticky rice: grilled kurobota is good, stir fried sticky rice taste could be abit stronger.

The atmosphere is good, not too crowd Disappointing service. The service staffs seem not enough. Some cant not understand thai well but she hesitate to ask other and answer wrongly about bill payment which madd me waste time to get voiding payment and pay again. The mistake of payment made this restuarant looked unprofessional which is different ...

I came here because I needed coffee and needed to do some work on my laptop. I got enticed by the cafe’s name and even more so the menu, and had to order some food.

First impression was that the staff service was faultless. Very professional and well-spoken.

The menu also looked very appealing, hence an unplanned meal on my part. Food was pretty good. I wouldn’t say it’s the best, but I think above average. I had a chicken pate — it was good, but obviously couldn’t be compared to the ones I’ve had in Europe nor high end restaurants in Asia, although it did get rid of that craving for me. Mushroom soup was delicious. Coffee was good.
