Màmi Rose is amazing!!!

I have to say, in a city full of rooftop bars, all sorts of F&B concepts, Mami Rose stands out and does so with a bang.

Even given the fact that they’re just a few days into opening, everything here is spot on. Service is more like a venue that has been open for years meaning it’s smooth, faultless and friendly. Cocktails are very well balanced, priced very attractively and presented in a sexy way (yet not over the top! Wine list excellent and very reasonably priced.

The interior is a work of art and could be placed in any city in the world and still look great.

DJ and music spot on, not too loud like other venues in bkk with cool remixes of hits to suit the crowd they have (people of various backgrounds and ages).

Standouts definitely include the very charming and knowledgeable GM Richard, his team including Pik, Warren and the very friendly hostess and bouncers.

I wish the team all the success in the coming months and years as I am sure this venue will become a staple of the Bangkok food and beverage scene.

Do yourself a favour- after a long day of shopping pass by for a great time.

Amazing atmosphere. Frustrating service. Hit or miss food.

There was a live DJ who was playing great music. Also live saxophone. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, at least until it turned into a club.

Towards 10pm the restaurant music became very loud and there were continuous flashing lights. The waiters constantly came out with sparklers and fire to put on a show for patrons. Was cool at first but quickly became a dreadful eating experience.

Atmosphere aside: Me and my group (of 10+) had to wait 2 hours for our food. The food came out at different times and some people never got their food. Completely unacceptable

Some dishes like the lobster mac and cheese were very good but all of the steaks were disappointing. All the steaks were bland and unsalted

Basic service like refilling water was nonexistent

The bathroom is far from the restaurant and confusing to get to. When walking to the bathroom another patron unprovokingly expressed how bad the vibes and service were at the restaurant and noted that he was “about to leave”

Felt like we were trapped in that restaurant...

My friends and I had an awful experience with the managers here. They were entitled, disrespectful, and subtly racist. Shockingly, they even gossiped right in front of our faces in French—completely unaware that one of our friends understood every word.

It’s a shame because the Thai staff were helpful and lovely, and we genuinely enjoyed the vibe of the place. We went there to have a good time, but instead, we left feeling disrespected and deeply disappointed. We’ll never set foot in this restaurant or any of its chains again—and neither will our extended circle of friends.

One particular staff (the bald one) seems to be in the F&B industry for all the wrong reasons. He clearly lacks the service/ hospitality mindset essential for this line of work. I truly hope the owner take this feedback seriously. I hold no malice, but the REALITY is that our night was RUINED, and that’s a direct reflection of...
