First thing’s first… This Is Gordan Ramsay’s Street Pizza? What else needs to be convinced? The combination of culinary precision, welcoming staff, and a carefully curated menu screams excellence. I still cannot believe how this place has not been blown up yet?!
The staff knows what they are doing. Their confidence and understanding made me feel like I was in capable hands. Their cheery disposition was contagious.
Even the smallest details like artisan water and a wooden spoon with Gordan Ramsey’s face etched into it.
I first ordered chopped salad- a simple dish. That was what I thought until I saw the dish itself. Every ingredient was meticulously assembled and evenly chopped, which shows a level of care for an often overlooked dish. The chickpeas were tender and earthy, while the vinegar dressing melded with mediterranean street flavors with an air of affluence. The salami stood out for its freshness and quality-while the frommage added creamy profoundness that harmonised with the tangy dressing. The touch of green chili tied the whole dish together in abrasive warlike beauty.
The main course meat feast pizza was a whole nother level the Bolognese was so well salted and the pizza texture itself was not too crisp nor starch nor too weak.
If there’s a dish that capture my heart, it was the Penne al vodka. The faint citrus aroma and whisper of grainy sweetness from the vodka hinted at the chef’s personal touch. The creamy tomato base was impeccably balanced, with no single element overruling the others. The dish felt both luxurious and approachable shown by how the penne clung to the sauce as if it was wrapped in a warm embrace. The penne itself was cooked to perfection, its freshness served as a fine canvas for the sharper fiery flavours. The slight harshness contrasted so curiously with the smoothness of the sauce. This makes every taste every bite an encompassing journey.
Final verdict? Absolute Recomend. Absolute must try at least once...
Read moreI wanna start saying I’m a huge Gordon Ramsay fan. I’ve watched all the shows for years, but there have been a few restaurants over the years that I visited that are not great specifically Dubai and Singapore and now this one.
The pizza was so thin. I don’t even know if you called Pizza and it wasn’t cooked. It was still doughy, even though it was thin as paper. The cheese didn’t cover the pepperonis are so spicy that is ridiculous. It’s only saving Grace is the crust at the end was pretty tasty, but doesn’t really do much for you .
I also ordered it on Grab and it arrived all smashed and wet and broken, which is not again something I would expect from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. I also got the dirty fried chicken fries. I don’t know if you’re gonna really call that fried chicken cause it was all like wet and mushy, especially after Gordon Ramsay talk so much about crust on fish and chicken being crispy. It was kind of an embarrassing thing. I think he would freak out over the fries weren’t potato. They’re almost like a bread texture And definitely not good.
Unfortunately, with all the pizza options you have in Bangkok and the world. This is probably the worst pizza or one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had and that’s pretty bad coming from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant.
I always wondered when I’m in EmSphere Which I am a lot, that street pizza is always empty and I think I know why now I don’t think it’ll be there much longer. Unless Gordon Ramsay see some of the feedback comes and fixes it.
Unfortunately, I’m gonna have to reach out to Grab and ask for my money back just for the way it was delivered.
I hope this helps. I will say right downstairs the bread Street is amazing. The staff is amazing. The food is amazing. I’ve eaten them many many times a really really good.
there’s three pizza places maybe for so you have...
Read moreGreat pizza parlor with friendly staff. I had pepperoni pizza and beer. There is only one size, and it is big enough. It can even feed two persons if not heavy eaters. There were 4-5 options to choose from as I remember. I don't expect the diversity of a real Italian pizzeria, but more options would improve the customer experience. Fairly priced, but the service charge "ruins" it.

Cons
Still, a place with quality pizzas definitely...
