As a long time resident of Bangkok and therefore used to visiting wonderful quality restaurants, I would encourage you to add 'Bianca' (located in Emsphere) to your 'must do' list. We visited on a Friday early evening (29th March) and it was already 'buzzin'. Whilst waiting a short time (less than 5 mins) for a table I observed the friendly staff keeping and eye on the tables and attentive to customers needs without being too present, so to speak. Once at our table we were quickly attended with welcoming smiles and the menus which has a good variation of dishes that should meet most peoples needs. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad starter and the Ham & Truffle Lasagne as the main. Well, as a lover of Parmesan I was delighted to see the generous sprinkling across the Chicken Caeser Salad and indeed, the amount of food on the plate! Great start as far as I was concerned and the taste did not disappoint. 10 out of 10. As for the Ham & Truffle Lasagne, this was a dish I had not tried before , and goodness me didn't this hit the mark! Once again presentation, quality and the amount of food was perfect ! Now. for clarity Im a food lover (means im fat!) and the freshly made pasta mixed with the creamy and very tasty sauce, along with the quality (lean) ham gave a wonderful taste to this dish. This was supported with a reasonably price Chianti which was (in my view) the perfect wine. The restaurant remained busy throughout the 2 hours we were there and no rush implied by any of the staff for us to leave. Finally, my family tell me Im a fussy eater. Obviously, I dont agree. But Bravo Bianca! I could not have asked for anything more in terms of the food the service and overall quality. Maybe BIANCA is an acronym for Best Italian And National Cuisine...

Bianca is an Italian restaurant located at Emsphere which is very easy to go to. A 7-minute walk from BTS Prompong via skywalk and parking space available by the shopping mall itself. Currently, there is only 1 Bianca restaurant in Thailand located on the GM Floor.
When I went with family we ordered Truffle Arancini , Agilo Olio Prawns , Mama’s beef lasagna , Margherita Pizza , and ending with Signature Bianca Tiramisu. Those items add up are a little pricy but overall a great experience. Especially the Tiramisu which is very delicious and gives out quite a show. The foods here are very good-looking and creative as Chef Jericho Van der Wolf, one of the co-founders of LOVA Hospitality Group, has helped develop the restaurant's menu. There are many other things that I would love to try next time I visit.
They have provided a vegetarian option to meet customer preferences so do not worry!
Service here is great as the staff are very friendly although the food comes a little late which is understandable as the place is flooded with people. The waiter here can use English to communicate. The place was beautifully furnished which gives out the Italian vibe. If you want to visit this place at prime time, I would recommend coming a little early as there would be no reservation on weekdays/holidays.
Overall a great experience, would love to...
Read moreOne of the best new Italian restaurants i've tried this year. A little pricey but incredible dishes. My personal fav dish were Seafood Risotto and Carbonara. It was the best seafood risotto i've ever had in Thailand so far. The seafood was fresh and the risotto rice was done right, perfectly cooked. Carbonara was authentic. Just eggs and pecorino cheese, no cream for the sauce. The guanciale were so crispy and perfectly salty. It goes really well with the carbonara sauce. However, don't order the calamari fritto. Very disappointed. There were only 2 calamari and 2 shrimps, the rest were battered vegetables. The seafood were not fresh in this dish and overly battered. Moreover, the cold cuts chacuterie was too expensive for its portion. Good quality tho but not worth your money. Furthermore, the bolognese tastes like lasagna. They have bechemel sauce in it. So if you're not the biggest fan of lasagna, don't order it. Also, the pizza was average. Last but no least, considering that all the tables were full when we dine in but the food were served...
