Took me a couple of months to finally stop at this restaurant literally on the other side of the street from the place I am staying. Often crowded during lunch time and dinner peak or I simply had some other plans in mind.
Walked around this time and saw a couple of free tables so decided to jump in. Menu offers a wide selection of Thai classics and several plant-based vegetarian options if you fancy. Lots of local people - always a good sign.
A little bit lost in the wide menu, to finally decide to order Stir-fried Squid in Yellow Curry and Stir-fried Rice Vermicelli and Water Mimosa with Prawns. Watermelon Smoothie and Pandan Juice with Pandan Jelly arrived shortly, both pretty fresh. Pandan juice is just packed with Pandan Jelly cubes – refreshing.
As for main dishes, Stir-fried Squid in Yellow Curry is super rich, mild and sweet, comes absolutely great with rice and squid is perfectly made. A little bit spicy Stir-fried Rice Vermicelli and Water Mimosa with Prawns is light and tasty so there is some space left to taste their fried chicken - garnished with crispy garlic. Perfect dessert.
Overall, this place offers delicious food, generous portions, and friendly service in a bright, airy setting....
Read moreI had the pleasure of dining at Rosniyom Baan Kampu in Asoke, and it was genuinely one of the best Thai meals I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive—always checking in at the right times without being intrusive. You can tell that service is a real priority here, and it made the entire experience feel personal and enjoyable.
The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish came out beautifully presented, packed with rich, authentic Thai flavors. The ingredients were fresh, and the balance of seasoning was spot on. From the perfectly grilled meats to the flavorful curries and fresh herbs, everything was done with care and attention to detail. It’s clear the chefs take pride in what they do.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxed and cozy, with tasteful decor that complements the food beautifully. Whether you’re visiting with friends, family, or on a casual date, it’s the kind of place you want to linger a bit longer.
