Seafood Paradise — Restaurant in Khlong Toei Nuea Subdistrict

This is a tourist trap!! The steamed shrimp was not as pictured. They tasted like they were reheated and not fresh, also they were de shelled but not deveined. I would not return. Other dishes were very mediocre.

I posted a picture of the shrimp I received and a picture of the menu. It is very deceiving. Also my friends and I who visited don’t speak Thai, we pointed to an image on the menu and received a completely different item. We told the server and again he brought out the exact same dish that we did not order. We were suck eating 2 dishes which we did not want. Was also very unimpressed with that encounter.

Thank you to the owner who responded to my review. I would also like to mention that I came during lunch time and was the only table there (not sure how you can gloat about being busy and sold out when that’s not what I witnessed.) With your tone in the response, service that was provided and your food, I am not sure how you would retain...

A small but cozy seafood restaurant at basement B1 floor of GMM building. 2 train seat style tables and a few smaller tables so better call to book first. Wide range of seafood option and service is thoughtful and fast. We are also lucky to enjoy 20% off so each 325b for 4. Highly recommended! Before the map pin was wrongly placed in Nana and I am happy that restaurant has fixed it now.

Suggestion: oyster tastes fresh but can be picked to look bigger and more presentable.

Note: the building itself are not very accessible for elderly or wheelchair in the sense that one needs to walk down stairs to B1. Back side has life but one stills needs to climb up stairs...

Amazing seafood as well as its name matches with their genuine food. Simple and sofisticate in the same time. Tom Young Kung, probably one of the best I've ever ate in Thailand. The fresh squid was amazingly accompanied by greenery stuff. Local dish, a crab soft meat like stew, stunning taste. The least, but not the last, was an Ice Matcha Tea, amazingly as well as previous ones.
