I went with my family as it was recommended to me by my brother who had visited a few years back. The staff and host who welcomed us in were very polite and nice. It was around 6pm when we arrived for an early dinner, so the place was basically empty. We ordered the burrito and quesadilla, both chicken options. As well as a dish and chips for the kids. The food was good and met the Mexican cuisine expectations. However, I felt that there were missing elements such as the burrito didn't have rice in it, which was a bit odd. There was no apology, no refund, and no responsibility taken. In the end, I was charged double the amount, including an extra 100 baht tip, and left feeling disrespected and upset.
Whether it was a communication breakdown or a matter of honesty, it left a terrible impression. If a business can mishandle money like this, I’d hesitate to trust them with...
