Indian Corner restaurant & bar — Restaurant in Krabi Province

First of all, not a great fan of clicking pictures of great tasting food as that is meant to be enjoyed.

Coming to India Corner, Krabi (Ao Nang)... They are one of the very best restaurants serving great Indian food. Back in 2017, there weren't many Indian options but this time around in 2023, Krabi and Phuket were flooded with Indian food options. So becomes very important to distinguish great Indian restaurants as many of the other restaurants in the name of Indian food are selling garbage.

Mr Raut/Mr Rout (sorry about the spelling) is a wonderful person who truly made our experience extraordinary. He shared his experience working in India, Afghanistan and Thailand. Coming to the order, we ordered beers, cocktail, pizza (vegetarian), veg kabab, mushroom Tikka, papads, vegetable biryani, raita and trust me everything was amazing and very good. Unfortunately, our plans changed on the last day else we would have gone there again.

But, will surely be my first choice whenever I go back to Krabi. Kudos to India Corner and Mr...

I went with family there after trying other restaurants. Food was okay only and nothing great but definitely service was super pathetic. It seems they don't want Indian customer. server was rude & there was delay in food & service. Basic onion salad was not served & even after requesting few times it never came. I don't recommend any restaurant who doesn't respect thier own customer. When we tried to give feedback, they just boasted themselves and talked rubbish about other restaurants. We had the worst experience eating here. ...... I was expecting an attitude reply from Indian corner and that's what is there, thank you for showing your true self. My review is cause services were pathetic and not onions. Plain Onions are given in every Indian restaurant in krabi but that's not the matter. Your staff never asked for money for onion, they said bringing in a minute which never happened even after reminding. Worst part, your staff was not even receptive of the instant feedback which we given after...

Unfortunately we do not share the opinion of so called “authentic food” in this restaurant. The butter chicken was too sweet and tasted of condense milk (never had such taste of butter chicken before. Neither Singapore, Malaysia, Bangkok, Munich). The flavored rice tasted totally of cardamon powder but no other flavors. We had ordered also cheese nan. They brought us nan. After eating we recognized that’s definitely no cheese nan. So we asked and they told us cheese nan is out so they just brought us normal nan. Wth??? Without asking the customers whether they want an alternative, they just decided by their own that we can get something else instead.
