This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. We spent nearly an hour just trying to place an order and receive our food. The service process is incredibly inefficient—they take orders from one table at a time, prepare the food, and only then move to the next table. If you want to order additional items, be prepared to wait even longer because they’ll prioritize other tables, completely ruining the meal experience.
We were a group of five families, and everyone faced the same issue. I ordered Paneer Kadhai, which turned out to be a watery tomato gravy with four pieces of paneer, a couple of onion slices, and two pieces of capsicum—not even close to what Paneer Kadhai should be. The chapati and naan were indistinguishable; both were poorly made, with the naan undercooked and the chapati ridiculously small in size. I ordered two naan and two chapatis, but after finishing my meal, I still hadn’t received the remaining naan.
When I pointed out the poor service and disgusting food to the waiter, his response was shockingly casual: “Yes, sir, I know. What do you want me to say?” He even suggested trying another restaurant, pizza, or Thai food instead of defending their own food quality.
To potential customers: Think twice before stepping in. The glowing reviews online are likely fake and do not reflect the reality of this restaurant.
Advice to the Owner: Please take urgent steps to improve your service and food quality. You are not only tarnishing the reputation of Indian cuisine but also disappointing both Indian and foreign customers. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make necessary changes to restore...
Read moreLast night, I had the pleasure of dining at Daadee House Indian Restaurant, and it was truly a memorable experience that brought the vibrant flavors of India to life.
The meal began with an array of appetizers that set the tone for the evening. The crispy samosas, filled with a perfectly spiced potato mixture, were paired with tangy tamarind chutney, creating a delightful balance of flavors. The tandoori chicken, marinated in a blend of yogurt and spices, was juicy, smoky, and full of depth.
For the main course, I indulged in a rich butter chicken that was the perfect blend of creamy and tangy, paired with soft, pillowy naan bread fresh from the tandoor. The vegetable biryani was a standout, with fragrant basmati rice infused with saffron and spices, complemented by a cooling raita on the side.
The highlight of the evening was the dal makhani, a slow-cooked lentil dish that was rich and flavorful, embodying the essence of traditional Indian cooking. The balance of spices was masterful, showcasing the chef’s expertise.
Dessert was a sweet finale, with gulab jamun stealing the spotlight. The soft, syrup-soaked dumplings were indulgent and comforting, a perfect way to end the meal.
Daadee House Indian Restaurant truly offers an authentic taste of India, with dishes that are crafted with care and passion. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff’s hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable.
For anyone looking to explore the richness of Indian cuisine, Daadee House is a must-visit...
Read moreFood is extremely average. Paneer Tikka Masala- While I asked to make the curry spicy it was even below mild to indian taste. Definitely it wasn’t the paneer tikka masala you may have had in past. Roti: decent enough Jeera Rice: Good just needed salt which you can add on table
They give Onion and chilli to side which is good.
Staff is very generous but service is extremely slow so be prepared for that
Rest only option I could see in krabi town for Indian food and I am vegetarian so no comments on Non veg food which may taste good and other reviews seem to be depending on that
Also I didn’t see AC there- so you may feel bit hot...
