We come to Ao Nang pretty often and came here before but I think probably the owner of this place changed. The staff was quite unpleasant and unprofessional. We came for the ciabatta sandwiches because they used to be delicious. I want to stress USED TO. Today, we were brought sandwiches with bread that was minimum 2 days old. I might eat bread that isn’t fresh at home sometimes but it’s my choice. I was NEVER served bread like this in a restaurant before. It was unprecedented. Who created the menu probably doesn’t know that even vegan ppl eat proteins because their vegan sandwich only has tomato and avocado. I ordered that because I love avocados and I asked for an extra egg because I’m not vegan. I needed a magnifying glass to see the thin layer of avocado on the bread. Pity I didn’t take a photo. My experience was ruined by food being delivered late. The food was medicore at its best (I got raw tomatoes on my pizza, our groups foods were not fully whole when delivered to us, the bottom of my pizza was also RAW ) and atmosphere were decent so one star for that.

The fact, that my friend got the same pizza as me and I need to wait 20 minutes after asking the staff about this. That made my patience so thin that I would not recomend nor go to this place ever again. Also we needed to ask about our tomato soups bread. There were no bread with the soups and after asking about the bread, we were informed that there would not be any bread... You expect us to pay full price when the food delivered to us is not complete??

Absolutely the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I ordered the carbonara and what I received was a child-sized portion—an insult to anyone with an appetite. And it wasn’t just small; it was completely tasteless, like they boiled some noodles and waved bacon near them for seasoning.

Thinking I could at least express my disappointment, I tried to speak with the owner. Big mistake. The man is unbelievably rude, condescending, and seems to have no interest in customer satisfaction. Instead of addressing the issue, he acted like I was the problem for expecting a decent meal.

Everything about this place is terrible—the food, the service, the atmosphere. Save your money and go literally...
