When I arrived, it was a sweet and small place, books lining the wall on the first floor and I saw that there was a 2nd floor! I wanted to go up but the worker stopped me and began to speak to me. I told her that I am deaf and unable to hear her but she kept on speaking with no sense of regard that I couldn't hear her.
