The first time we came and the cafe was full and we asked if it’s possible for us sit on the second level. The staff told us is reserved for a party or something along that line. So we came back again on the last day before we flew back to Singapore. Thais are known for their hospitality but I must say this cafe staffs are nothing near a good hospitality. We came in and sat and was treated with a hard hearted approach. We went ahead and ordered our food which was a bowl of overnight oats, one americano , one caramel macchiato , and a breakfast platter of sourdough bread , scrambled eggs and hash brown.
After 30 mins later , our food wasn’t served yet but it the two Caucasian tables beside us and behind us had their food served already. We called the staff and then we saw the staff telling the kitchen our orders so obviously someone forgot about it.
No apologies until the food was ready and then the staff who took our orders came to apologise and told us the food is ready. By then it’s 40 mins already . When we wanted to pay, we asked if the cafe has a Google Review. The staff at the counter just told us to wait and proceed to do some billing and having a conversation with her colleagues. She then just asked for our card and that’s it. No thank you no come again nothing. Unfortunately the staffs at this cafe did no justice to the usual excellent...

Service: Service was really bad. The staff would only focus on you till you submit your review, post which they couldn't care less. One of the staff almost spilled piping hot coffee on me and was very non chalant about it. Specifically, picked up some racist vibes from some of the staff here who wouldn't cater to us the same way we saw all the caucasian customers being catered to.
Food: They only have small sized ceramic/glass cups so if you want a M/L sized beverage, you will only get it in a to-go cup, even if you're sitting there and want to enjoy the coffee. We requested 2 hot coffees, both were supposed to be hot but they were lukewarm at best. We requested to re-heat it so they made it boiling hot. The to-go cups were not made for re-heating so the lid did not fit well after that and steaming hot coffee was leaking from the cup and pouring down everytime you take a sip.
For food, we had 2 croissants, both were average as compared to other cafes in Ao Nang.
Atmosphere: This was alright, if you can deal with everything else. It's located at a prime location and...
Read moreI came here having seen the reviews but was very disappointed. I ordered the breakfast whereby you order the basic breakfast of tomatoes, eggs and toast and then chose your additional items. To start there was an extremely long wait. When it arrived I tried to speak with the waitress but she was in such a hurry she didn't listen to me finish what I was saying. Therefore whilst I had three questions to ask- may I have some ketchup, may I have some butter please and are there only supposed to be two small mushrooms with my order? It took me three separate attempts to finally be able to ask these three questions which was really irritating. I was advised I couldn't have more butter as it was already on there and she begrudgingly acknowledged that there was an error with the mushrooms. Although the breakfast was a long time coming it didn't even arrive warm. The whole experience was really hard work and it was really poor value for money at almost £21 for two very small, mediocre (at best) breakfasts and one coffee- outrageous! I've been in Thailand just short of two months and this was by far the worst...
