Koh Hop Bar — Restaurant in Nong Prue Subdistrict Administrative Organization

First impression after sitting down was the menus were pretty much falling apart. My menu was missing an entire section. The experience didn't get any better from there.

They took our order, kids and wifes soft drinks arrived shortly after. They were room temperature cans, obviously not stored in the fridge. Served with a straw, no glasses with ice to cook them down. I had ordered a mango smoothy.

Foodwise, we ordered 3 burgers and a nachos. Eldest sons burger arrived first. He was halfway through by the time my wifes burger came. He had finished his burger by the time my burger arrived. I had upgraded the fries to cheesy fries and it was wrong so I had to send it back. Then my sons nachos arrived. By the time my burger came back my wife had finished her meal. My burger was cold now and the cheesy fries were laughable, a tiny drizzle of cheese and 5 or 6 tiny bacon pieces.

In any case, accepted it but reminded the waiter that the mango smoothy i had ordered had not come yet. Proceeded to finish the burger and fries but never any sign of the smoothy.

Left to pay and told them the mango smoothy never arrived so we won't pay for it, the person said something in Thai to the bar staff who then opened a little cupboard behind him and pulled out a blender containing the mango smoothy, and proceeded to pour it into a cup for me. So obviously had just been completely forgotten about. Tried to explain we didn't want it any more but their English was limited so ended up having to pay for it.

The foods is overpriced and I would have to say this is probably the worst service I have encountered and suggest people try other places...

This restaurant was an absolute nightmare for our group. While waiting for our flight in the evening, we chose this place because it looked relatively clean and wasn’t too crowded. We ordered a plate of chicken wings, grilled meat, and fries. While eating, one of my friends noticed that the chicken wings had a strange, unpleasant odor. We initially assumed it was just the seasoning, so we didn’t pay much attention. The onions also tasted sour, which in hindsight was another red flag.

Since there were five of us, we only shared small portions of each dish. However, about three to four hours later—shortly after boarding our flight—we all began experiencing symptoms of food poisoning, including stomach pain, diarrhea, and even vomiting. We are certain this restaurant was the cause, as we hadn’t eaten anything else that evening. One of our friends is now receiving medical treatment for suspected food poisoning.

Terrible service & food, I know it’s airport food. I was shown to seat sat down in a half empty restaurant & 25 minutes later after I gestured I was approached, I order a burger & beer combo. The beer arrived fairly promptly, almost an hour later my burger arrived, people who came in after me had finished eating before I got my food. When it arrived it was an overcooked frozen burger with uninspiring garnish & soft lukewarm chips. I recieved no cutlery or napkin which everyone around seemed to, luckily I had some wet wipes in my hand luggage. I counted over 20 staff front & back of house, what I would give for that many staff in a restaurant. This all would not be so bad but the burger was over 20 usd, they really badly need a manger to run it as the girl in charge seemed oblivious to what was going on.
