מסעדה כשרה בפוקט - הבית של פיסטוק — Restaurant in Patong

TL;DR: Beware! More interested in selling services than to stand behind their word. Once things didn’t go as planned, there was no one to talk with (actually, there was, but they were extremely rude and lied), and we never got our money back.

The long story:

Sold us a trip where they guaranteed there won’t be any elephants included, and the second we boarded the taxi to the trip, the guide notified us we are going to wait while the others are riding elephants; at this point we left the trip. The emergency number we received was closed for hours, and when they finally picked up, we were called liars and they said they never guaranteed anything...

They even mentioned they have cameras proving they didn’t promise us anything, but refused to show it to us when we insisted we are telling the truth.

No need to mention we never got...

Ich habe dieses Restaurant bei der Suche nach Falafel auf einer App gefunden. Die Auswahl ist recht gut, man findet typische Gerichte wie Falafel, Hummus in verschiedenen Variationen und Shawarma. Was mich etwas gewundert hat, dass es die Falafel nur im Brot oder in Kombination mit Hummus gibt, aber keine einzelnen Falafel auf der Karte stehen. Ich habe mich für den Hummus mit Falafel, die gefüllten Weinblätter sowie eine Portion Mixed Pickles entschieden. Außerdem ein extra Brot, da bei vielen Restaurants häufig nicht genug dabei ist. Der Hummus hat exzellent geschmeckt und war eine riesige Portion. Die Falafel wurden daneben geliefert, nicht auf dem Hummus, und waren ebenfalls super lecker. Schön saftig und trotzdem außen leicht knusprig. Als 3 Komponente war auf diesem Teller sogar noch eine kleine Portion Mixed Pickles. Die gefüllten Weinblätter (4 Stück, recht groß) kamen heiß, ich kenne sie eigentlich nur kalt. Der Geschmack war aber trotzdem gut, wenngleich mir etwas die Säure gefehlt hat. Die extra Portion Mixed Pickles war etwas größer als die Beilagenportion des Hummus. Alles sehr lecker, nicht zu sauer eingelegt und noch knackig. Etwas mehr Salz hätte für meinen Geschmack rangekonnt. Als Brot wurde Pita dazu geliefert, ich selbst habe noch dünnes Fladenbrot dazu bestellt. Beide Brote waren lecker, wenngleich das dünne Fladenbrot wohl etwas zu lange erhitzt wurde und an einigen Stellen etwas hart war. Die Preise sind OK, natürlich teurer als Thai Küche, aber für Qualität und Portionsgröße angebracht. Insgesamt hat mir alles gut geschmeckt und ich bin bis auf wenige kleinste Abstriche sehr zufrieden. Ich kann das Restaurant daher...

הבית של פיסטוק קופיפי- לא להתקרב!!! אני (21)מטיילת כבר ארבעה חודשים במזרח ובמהלך טיול ארוך שכזה צפויים ביטולים בשל מזג אוויר וזהו דבר שיש לקחת בחשבון כשמגיעים למקום עם מזג אוויר טרופי. אתמול סגרתי סיור שבעת האיים דרך ״הבית של פיסטוק״ בסכום של 150 ש״ח לאדם (סכום גבוה לסיור של 6 שעות בתאילנד למביני עניין), אנחנו זוג.(סהכ 300 שח) היום בבוקר ירד מבול של ברד במשך ארבע שעות כאשר כל השמיים מלאים בעננים ויש רוח , פחות יום אידיאלי ליציאה לטיול שבו אמורים לעשות שנורקלים ולהשתזף בחופים (זוהי פעם שנייה שסגרתי סיור זה , לאחר יציאה עם לילי לסיור דומה לפני כחודש). כאשר הגענו לשעת היציאה במקום המפגש עם שאר הקבוצה (6 אנשים סהכ), בעל המקום סירב לבטל את הסיור או להחזיר לפחות חצי מהכסף , בטענה שסיור כזה אפשרי לעשות כאשר יש גשם ועננים בחוץ. כאשר דרשתי את הכסף חזרה או לפחות מחצית מהסכום בעל המקום התקרב אלי פנים אל מול פנים בצורה מאיימת וביריונית בסירוב נחרץ ואלים! לחברה אין מדיניות ביטולים, חוסר בושה של ישראלים, ביריונות,חוסר מקצועיות והגינות מנימלית! יש סיבה מדוע הסירות של לילי לסיורים אלו מלאות (לצערי לא היה ניתן לצאת עם לילי השבוע) והסירות של אותו בעל חברה של ״ הבית של פיסטוק״ ריקות! אני את הכסף שלי הפסדתי , אבל אשמח לדעת שלא יפלו עוד אנשים בסחתנות הכספית של אותם ישראלים...
