Swiss Villas Panoramic — Hotel in Patong

This accomodation is located up a hill with a steep slope for access or steep sets of stairs which can be difficult for people with mobility difficulties. No help with baggage either so you could get tired in the heat if you have big heavy bags. Checkin was a little confusing and no real explaination of things in the villa so we had to ask for the safe keys. Staff were friendly enough and always helped with whatever we needed, which was very little as we only really slept there. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa. The villa was clean spacious and well maintained. The villa contained a kitchen area for cooking if required. Air con was good and cool. The shower was also nice and hot if required. The bathroom had 2 basins which is great if your wife spends a lot of time making up as you have a basin for yourself.. Beds were comfy and big in size. Cleaning and bed making was provided everyday as were a couple of bottles of water/coffees etc. The resort has a bar, dining facilities and also a swimming pool. All these facilities looked nice, clean and well maintained but due to our schedule we didnt manage to use any of the facilities. The views from the accomodation are good, you can see the mountains and also the sea in the distance. Initial booking for a villa of 2 bedrooms was for 4 people but I had last minute request for an extra bed for the 5th person. We end up having 6 people traveling instead and spoke to the host that it was last minute plan that the 6th person came as well.|They were very nice in allowing the 6th person staying without any extra payment but we insisted to pay and paid only 1/2 price for the total stay.|This is my 4th phuket trips and I can say in my own experience that the room here are very clean, well maintained and affordable.|All our request were attended promptly and without any difficulty. Very accommodating.|The villa is a walking distance from Patong busy area and we don’t really mind as we were away from the noisy street.|Walking to patong beach is about 20min but you can grab a tuk tuk for a cheap price.|The villa is situated up on the hill so a bit of hiking or climbing needed but I can assure you good view,fresh breeze and windy as we are on top of the hill.|I would like to recommend the place and they are very honest to explained the room category that they have in the villa.||Thank you for the lovely experience and looking forward to...

We are a group of 3 travellers who very clearly communicated in our request to book a room that there were 3 of us. Upon arrival, only two pillows, two towels, two bottles of water and one double bed was set up. We had to ask the host for a third towel, pillow and third comforter. The host looked surprised. The third bed was just the couch, no help from the host to set it up. The initial third comforter given was also too small and looked dirty. A third bottle of water (which costs so little) was never provided.||The host did not give us an overview of the area. There is not much within 10 min walk of breakfast options.||The third pillow was also extremely firm. I had shoulder and neck pain from sleeping on it.||We checked out after 2 nights even though we booked for 5 nights. The host gave us a little talking to about how it's impolite to leave early.
