This is the second Coffee Club I've tried in Patong. The first was on on the road opposite the Immigration officeI and I sat for 20mins and got zero service, so I left. I've just been into the main one at the entrance of Jung Ceylon. I found a seat not far from the door and waited. 20mins and a sour-faced waiter appeared and just put a menu down and turned to walk away. I asked for a latte and a cake. She scowled and told me to go and look at the cakes, which I did. I walked back and met her before my table and told her what I'd like. No smile. She just shouted at me to sit down and she'd come over. So rude! So I sat down and she came over and snapped again and asked what I wanted. Enough was enough. I'm not some schoolboy she could boss about. I told her she had a terrible attitude and walked out, straight into Starbucks opposite. Great service, order taken quickly by a polite, smiling lady and just asked for a piece of cake and it was there before I sat down. Whatever is wrong with Coffee Club staff, it wants sorting. The lady who shouted at me needs to retake her customer service course again, if she ever had one. I'd have given 0/5 for service but couldn't.
