Eat Street Major Foods Plaza — Restaurant in Pattaya City

Open from about 10:30/11am to about 5:30pm(17:30).Great place to grab a bite to eat for about 50THB - 75THB a dish. You can eat there or order take away. Very inexpensive if you want to save some money but have great flavor. There were about 6 main stalls open in the back. The center right is the most popular. They have a wide variety of Thai dishes. The center left had more American fusion dishes. On the far right there is an Indian food stall and to the right of that more Thai with a fish/seafood assortment. The far left stalls focused on omelet style dishes and noodle with gravy dishes. There is a smoothy stall that serves delicious and refreshing smoothies for 50THB a piece. Another drink stall next to the smoothy stall focuses more on Thai drinks with Boba. Also with the drink stalls is a desert stall where you can get ice cream, waffle desert and mango sticky...

This place is really good if you want quality food at a low price with a good selection. Most places in surrounding area will be higher. I just eat here all the time now.

However, just know the times they open and close which is basically at 10:30AM and close around 7PM. How do I know this? I actually arrived at 10AM and 7:30PM, and they were just opening and just closing. They are not ready to serve until 10:30AM.

One thing I don't like is the drink station charges 20 baht for a can of soda, which I think should be 15 baht. I just won't pay 20 baht, so I avoid but it is healthier anyway.

the Avenue mall is indoor outdoor place with this interesting food court. as of March 8th 2023 only about 1/4 of stalls are open and it is NEVER crowded but not in a bad way, i hate crowds so this is perfect. Yes its cheaper price than central festival foodcourt, about same as terminal 21. quality and cleanliness is good.
