This place is located in middle of the Hua Hin night market. I think this store owner is very honest and humble. They serve street food within reasonable price. Important thing is When you order, they charge what you ordered. They never ask extra for condenced milk sauce or anything els. You will easily find some one who ask milk sauce on roti for extra, they will say it is a topping. Food 4(egg roti good!) Great kebab, one of the best in Thailand at an amazing price – just 40 THB! The tortilla is grilled on a special iron plate, which makes it extra tasty. แม่ค้าตั้งใจทำมากก ต่างจากร้านอื่นทั้งตลาดที่ตั้งหน้าตั้งตาขายอย่างเดียว ไม่ได้ใส่ใจในการทำอาหารเลย (เก่งตะโกนเรียกลูกค้าอย่างเดียว)

ร้านนี้คือเห็นท่านวดโรตีแล้วสั่งเพิ่มเลย อร่อยเหมือนตาเห็น แป้งหนึบนุ่ม กรอบนิดๆ สั่งแบบกรอบก็ยังได้ความกรอบผสมนุ่ม (ไม่ใช่บางกรอบแบบทิชชู่)

ยืนดูโรตีสักพัก เห็นเขาปิ้งแป้งเคบับ หอมมากก เป็นแป้งโฮมเมด เราไปตอนเขาย่างเพิ่มพอดี ได้กินร้อนๆสัมผัสดีมากๆ คนไม่ชอบซอสต้องบอกใส่น้อย เพราะใส่ซอสค่อนข้างชุ่มเลย

I choose this shop because she really pay attention of what she doing.

At first, we ordered just one. Once we saw she stretching the dough so we know this is gonna be the real one 🥺🥺🥺🥺 and it is!!!

Rich smell chewy and soft. You can ask for less condensed milk if you don’t want too much sweet

We also ordered kebab but it’s a little saucy. I think it gonna be better if we put only little mayonnaise
