The food and service were fantastic—no surprise this place fills up the moment it opens. I came for the fresh seafood, but everything was delicious.
I arrived with two friends at 4:30 PM and got turned away, so we waited at a coffee shop across the street. Turns out, they start seating early birds just before 5 PM.
Once seated, service was fast, and dishes came out one by one in no particular order. Portions were above average and inexpensive—six dishes plus water cost only 1,000 baht.
First out was a dish of fried pork so exciting I forgot to take a picture. Crispy, with just the right amount of tasty fat left on it.
Then came a very generous portion of crab with curry that I really loved. Highly recommend it.
Next up was garlic squid—tender, perfectly cooked, with great garlic flavor.
The fried fish with basil (kra pow) stood out. For 180 baht, a whole, perfectly fried, truly boneless fish. A great deal and a must-order.
We also got a chicken version of the squid dish—tender, fried, and flavorful—plus another chicken dish with veggies and sauce.
We devoured every bite with satisfaction.
Some general observations:
Menus are in Thai and English, with accurate translations.
Food wasn’t overly salty or sweet.
Frying oils seemed fresh and clean.
Nothing was over or undercooked.
The restaurant was spotless, with a strong cleaning and cooking operation.
Fish and seafood were well cared for, displayed on ice.
English communication was easy, and they also catered to Chinese customers.
The place is run efficiently—timely but not rushed—with plenty of groups and solo diners.
The diverse menu has something for everyone, including a hotpot option that seemed very popular.
Overall, you can’t go wrong here. Your friends, taste buds, and stomach will thank you. Once you try their food, you’ll...
