Let me start by saying they were very friendly. The presentation was amazing but lacked serious flavor and even though it was the end of the night, my server stood out side all night. I asked for a to go box and the check and had to wait an etra 10-20 mintues just for the check. The butter chicken was average at best (no sweet and savory) The naan was tough and hard with no flavor. The Veggie Pakora tasted like they just put vegetables in flour and cooked them with no seasoning. The chicken samosa also had no flavor and I didn't taste any salt on anything. Why do you bring out a bowl of pickled garlic? (Such a waste) One of the sauces tasted like a super sweet plumb sauce. The chutney had no seasoning or flavor. I'm not sure who's eating this or how they got 4.9 stars but this is abig never again for me. WESTERNERS BEWARE!!

The food was great! Serving portion was adequate and was a bang for the buck. Whoever in the reviews said the butter chicken was sweet probably thinks rice is sweet. It was perfectly seasoned, even the rice. If we’re nitpicking, i would say the sauce of the butter chicken could be a little concentrated because there was too much of the sauce. Service was pleasant, they had smiles all over (which makes you think they’re happy to work there), ordering was a breeze. The server (young lady) was even kind enough to ask how was the food, which many restaurants overlook, they check in on guest to ask how do we find the food. Restaurant had AC which was a plus. Outstanding dining experience overall

Walked by the first couple nights and they were very friendly, so I decided to come in and try it. I Was a bit apprehensive after a couple bad experiences in other places, but I am so happy I tried their food!!! Amazing 🤩 We ordered the samosas Chat and the deep fried fish for appetizers, great start. Than we had the chicken Korma, chicken tikka masala and lamb vindaloo with jeera rice, yellow rice and garlic naan bread. All of it was excellent and filled with lots of great flavors!!! I will come back anytime when I'm craving some good Indian food 😁🙏🏼

What a wonderful surprise this restaurant was!

Very authentic Indian food, great flavours, man sized portions and the friendliest manager and staff we've encountered so far in Hou Hin.

A win win situation.

The special of the day was only 299 TBT per person but was probably enough for 2, we added a few extras and struggled to finish our meal, the most impressive fact was it was all excellent.

I'm from the UK so know a good curry when I find one, and this was good!

Location is fantastic as we sat outside and were practically in the night market, a great place to sip a cold kingfisher and just people watch.

5 stars all round.

Can't recommend this place enough, tasty cuisine , we're both stuffed and had a lovely evening......

It's really pretty easy on the wallet too!

They even threw in a pot of their special Nepalese chilli pickle to take away for my wife, who loves spicy food, it's only the 2nd time in my life I've ever seen her say "Wow, this is spicy!"

We will 100% be back again, just wish we'd discovered Indian Masala earlier in the holiday, as it...

Reasonable Indian food. Chicken tender, served off the bone. Rice, good quality and cooked well. Nan was fair, if a little undercooked on the inside. Butter chicken was way too sweet. I could taste lots of coconut but no butter -it tasted far more like chicken korma. As a diabetic I really have to watch out for overtly sweet food. Would recommend but not for diabetics.

*Regarding your reply: I have eaten butter chicken countless times but never with coconut as an ingredient. The dish had an overpowering coconut taste suggesting butter had been replaced by coconut. I just wasn’t expecting the dish to be so sweet, as I’ve eaten it many times before. I avoid sweeter Indian dishes such as korma for this reason. Maybe the chef ran out of butter that day. Traditional Indian butter dishes are tomato based but your’s was coconut based - more...
