Hua Hin Bakery — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

The bread i bought right at the shop had no preservatives which is very good, but: it had been packed right after being backed out of the oven. It had a lot of humidity when it was sealed in a plastic bag, shortly afterwards (2 days exactly) it started growing a lot of green/white mold on its surface even I had kept it refrigerated as soon as I reached home. Disappointed me to see such a reputable shop going down like that. I would not recommend the place. If I hadn't noticed the first signs of mold...what could have happened to...
