I had the Hokkien Mee (Fried Noodles) for 70 baht. The Hokkien Mee is nicely done, especially the soup base used which is very fragrant. Not sure what made the soup base, but the noodles taste just got elevated. Only some seafood is in it, because I noticed some squid pieces and a tiny tiny oyster.

It is quite different from the Hokkien Mee in Singapore and Malaysia, so I think it is worth a try. It has its own uniqueness.

We specifically went to this place because of the reviews and michelin guide. We were both, disappointed, we actually tried 3 diff noodle meals and one fried rice. I don’t think there’s something extraordinary with the food. I was expecting this is one of those gold finds. But we were mostly disappointed, this is for sure subjective. But twasn’t a place I would recommend for anyone. In any case, for its price, twas an okay meal. No love lost as we didn’t...

This place is very old school and very delicious! I came during a slow time and the noodles were cooked for me to order. The young man taking my order can speak English quite well and the uncle on the Wok fries up some great Hokkien mee. They use charcoal and you can taste the wok in the noodles! Taste is honestly a lot better than the Hokkien mee I have tried in Malaysia. Very nice,...
