Good Eatz 154 — Restaurant in Ratsada

Horrible service. We weren't greeted or directed to seat ourselves when we walked in, so we went up to the cashier. She ignored us for another 30 seconds or so while she jotted on a clipboard and then told us to seat ourselves. We placed our order and my wife was already halfway through her meal when someone came to me and said "pizza finished". I expected to get my food shortly after but the pizza never came, so we inquired about it. "Pizza finished" actually meant that they were out of pizza or something and couldn't serve me the food I ordered. Nobody brought a menu back to the table or even asked if I wanted to order something else (?!?!). Just no pizza for you! It would have been nice to know "pizza finished" soon after ordering rather then halfway through the meal.

Summary: wait staff can't be bothered to greet and seat customers, to know what is and isn't available on the rather simple menu, or to make sure the dining customer actually gets a meal. This was a stark contrast to the excellent service we received everywhere else...

We popped in to get two takeaway sandwiches for our bus. My boyfriends burger was so raw and cold inside he had to throw it away. My tuna sandwich was good but it had about a teaspoon of tuna fish on each half, and both of us had about 11 mall French fries each...I counted! Just so damn cheap for what looks like a very posh eatery. I just don't get it. Why do they need to be so cheap? In South Africa and Greece, we give a proper portion of French fries, and it costs less than...

Adding one extra egg in my omelette costed 90 THB, so I would not do that again. After the morning buffet hours, you WILL wait a long time to get your food, which would be great for a date or relaxed dining experience because the interior is beautiful. Morning buffet seems like where most of their energy goes. It was 354 THB and worth it if you’re craving a complete, well-rounded breakfast. I love the jazz music they have...
