Hand matcha & crossiant — Restaurant in Ratsada

An extremely cute place with great service! I got the matcha affogato and it was really nice, but the ice cream was a bit bitter.

The matcha itself amazing, but the only downside is that they don’t have coconut milk (but have other great alternatives). Even with regular milk it was great though.

The place itself also sells different types of matcha + the full at home kit which is great!

I’ve ordered matcha latte with oat milk, they made it with ice without even asking me, and when I said I wanted it warm, they brought my cup outside of the shop and returned it in another cup with matcha magically transformed into hot. When I tried it, it tasted nothing like matcha latte, it was bitter even though I ordered the most expensive one with 0 bitterness, and it tasted as if they just poured boiling...

What a cute shop. After hiking up monkey hill we were dying for some cool air and a fresh matcha and hand was perfect for that! I tried the coconut matcha and it was very good. The matcha is very high quality and never needed to be stirrer and the mix with the coconut milk was refreshing and something I had never tasted before. The presentation was also so cute.
